Engine casing  characteristics

Conducting ring characteristics:
1. Aviation electric conduction ring make running more stable,don't worry about the Carbon brush poor contact any more, or the carbon brush and the copper ring is worn too fast.(such as the carbon brush and the copper ring of ST/STC generator often bad contact and shift,cause the generator does not generate electricity, the carbon brush and the copper ring is worn too fast, not for a while it has to be replaced carbon brush or copper ring.)
2.Conductive ring connector with the lotus type copper core connector, make maintenance more convenient and replacement more faster.(The ST/STC to replace the copper ring, first need to dismantle the carbon rod and bearing cover, and second need to take non drive end cap apart, then remove bearing, at this time can remove the copper ring, the procedure is complex, replace is very troublesome. if the exciter armature of brush-less generator failure, dismantling is very troublesome, And needs special tools and professional maintenance personnel to replaced.
3.Sealed conductive ring,don't have to watch out for the oil or water droplets.(If the  ST/STC generator has a little grease adhered to the above, the copper ring will produce a layer of insulation isolation, so that the generator can not generate excitation voltage without generating electricity.)
Winding characteristics:

3.Fan and fan bracket separate designs make the replacement fan more simple.
Bearing characteristic:
Using double sealed bearing, make the bearing service life longer, run more quiet. No longer like open bearings that need to add grease regularly. Such as ST/STC generators are open bearings, this bearing is easy to grease, bearing beads damage caused by dry mill in the bearing room.
Process details:
1. All parts contacted with the wire are wrapped or isolated with specially designed insulation devices.
2. All terminals with insert type, the two terminals inserted into the guiding wire in the insulating sheath,the other two stuck copper wire,so that the end is not easy to loose from the lead wire and lead wire is not easily broken due to vibration.
3. The mark of terminals is distinct, so that each line can be found in the corresponding position on the wiring diagram,and not as connecting the wrong wire damage the motor or component.
